1/4 of a Grass Fed Beef cow raised holistically on local grasses from our farm. Our system is fully integrated with no vaccines or needle use of any kind.
All items by package. We fill in the remaining 40 to 50 percent weight with ground beef. Please allow up to 4 weeks for butcher processing.
***We may add butcher bonus cuts, which may include Denver steak/Chuck eye steak/Eye of round steak/Skirt steak when available.
